The history of oolong tea is shrouded in mystery. To investigate, Dax and Mike travelled to the top an ancient mountain, Mount Wu Yi Shan in the Fujian province. After dangerous ledges, unfriendly elements, and an archetypal shaky bridge, the Tea Amigos finally made it inside the home of the guru who lives atop this mountain. This unsurprisingly cliché Mr. Miyaig look-alike told of a grand tale: 400 years ago during the Ming Dynasty, from atop the very same mountain emerged a warrior class of tea: Oolong Tea. Armed with nothing but katanas. the Oolong Teas, as they were known then, overran the black and green tea customs and continues to dominate the Japanese to this very day. There is a unique way of drinking oolong tea. The proper way to Oolong is to use a tiny teapot and a cup so small that your manhood must be reappraised. If you drink Oolong tea in any other way, your are viewed as an outcast and shunned from society.
